Free Rental Valuation:

Zest are happy to provide a Free Rental appraisal. If you would like to book a free rental appraisal please complete the form below or call the office on 01482 216070.

Let Only Service:

• Free Rental Appraisal.
• Advice to landlords regarding work required if applicable.
• Advertising & marketing of the property on our website and Rightmove along with our social media.
• To let Board
• We will accompany all viewings at the property and provide feedback.
• Full referencing of all tenants which include Credit Checks, Employment References and Landlord References.
• Preparation of Assured Tenancy Agreement. Shorthold.
• Collection of initial rent and deposit.
• We can register the deposit in the Deposit Protection Scheme if you do not have your own scheme. Charge will apply.
• A full detailed inventory is available at an additional cost of £72.
• All contact details for the tenant will then be forwarded over to the landlord for reference.

Fully Managed Service:

• Free Rental Appraisal.
• Advice to landlords regarding work required if applicable.
• Advertising & marketing of the property on our website and Rightmove along with our social media.
• To let Board
• We will accompany all viewings at the property and provide feedback.
• Full referencing of all tenants which include Credit Checks, Employment References and Landlord References.
• Preparation of Assured Tenancy Agreement. Shorthold.
• Full Inventory.
• Deposit will be held in the Deposit Protection Scheme.
• Full rent collection for the duration of the tenancy.
• Routine Inspection. (3 monthly)
• Dealing with any maintenance issues.
• Full inspection when the tenancy ends including dealing with any issues and dealing with the return of the deposit and any deductions required.
• Organising EPC certificates, Gas and Electric Safety certificates. (Costs are applicable)
• Re-advertsing the property when a tenant gives notice to leave.
